Useful CBT-based self-help sites include: A large range of information, work sheets or booklets and mainly free downloads by a clinical psychologist based in Guernsey. Includes a section about EMDR. (Newcastle, Tyne & Wear NHS Trust) – a range of downloadable work booklets. (The Centre for Clinical Interventions, Australia) Look under ‘Resources’ – the ‘Mental Health Practitioners’ part has briefer one or two page downloadable sheets, the ‘Consumers’ part  has lengthier programmes. – UK CBT life skills and healthy living course for people feeling distressed or anxious and/or their carers.  - Australian CBT course for common mood problems including interpersonal difficulties.
